You are welcome here. My aim is to provide a warm and friendly yoga experience to everyone who comes to class. Details of the type of classes I teach are on the Class Offerings page. Most classes are Vinyasa style, also known as Flow Yoga, but I also offer a Strength + Stretch Yoga class on a Friday for those looking to build strength, enjoy deeper stretches and unwind at the end of the week. 

Together I'll help you to build awareness within the body and mind and deepen the connection to yourself.

We will have fun, learn new tools that can be taken away from the mat and into everyday life and enjoy some time for ourselves amongst hectic everyday life.

If you have never practiced Yoga before then perhaps you would feel more comfortable with a 30-min 1:2:1 class first where we can go through a brief introduction of the foundations.
