Mind. Body. Breath. Flow
Mind. Body. Breath. Flow
Practiced focused on forward folds and opening through the back body. Mandala meaning it’s a sequence that we repeat travelling around the whole of the mat, facing all ways.

Need to work on the class titles, I know! Think Wild Things, Fallen Triangles, lots of side body work, one of my FAVE classes.
Intermediate due to the trickier transitions.

A dynamic, full-body flow. Including standing balances, transitions around the mat. Don’t know what you fancy? Pick this flow.
Intermediate level.
A lovely Yin practice with long, deep holds. A chance to put the world to one side and really connect with your body and mind.
Suitable for all levels.
A mini Yoga practice to get you out of that slump, refocussed and motivated for the rest of the day.
All levels.
Also referred to as breath work this practice involves only one pose, Sukhasana (easy seat). Be guided through 3 different pranayama exercises and end feeling a sense of calm focus.
Perfect for preparing to sleep, light a candle, get cosy and enjoy just before bed.
For all levels.
Skandasana central! Lots of opening through hips and lower body.
Intermediate level due to some trickier transitions.
No chaturanga’s here! It’s flow class that’s easier on the wrists. You’ll find a nice sequence with some standing balances in there too.
Suitable for all levels.

Take 15 minutes to gently come into your body and get ready for the day.
